Diocesan YCS Mass at Our Lady of Protection Shrine, Museve led by His Lordship, Rt. Rev. Joseph Mwongela.
In his homily, he has urged the students to embrace the spirit of love and forgiveness, informing them that they are too young to have the spirit of bitterness in their lives.
He has further urged them to work hard in their studies in a bid to improve their families’ backgrounds.
Additionally, he has encouraged the students to live a life of sacraments, especially Baptism, Eucharist, and Confession, urging them to always respect them because they are the core foundation of their faith.
He has also cautioned the students against involving themselves in same-sex relationships. “Don’t get involved in this mess; you have a life to live and a dream to fulfill,” he said.
“It’s my prayer that you chose life but not death, that you chose the right way, the way of the Lord.” Let the Holy Spirit be with you so that the future we are talking about you may start building it today. “The future starts now,” he added.
