“Climate” The Change We Must

The project is supported by Christian Aid and implemented by the Catholic Diocese of Kitui, aims to bolster the resilience of smallholder farmers in Kitui West Subcounty against the adverse impacts of climate change. Through a series of targeted interventions, the project endeavors to equip farmers with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to adapt to and mitigate climate-related challenges

Project Main Objectives: Building resilience through reversing impacts of climate change for improved food health & Nutrition,  income & livelihoods security for Agro-pastoralist households in Arid and Semi-Arid lands(ASALs) of Kitui County and their integration into sustainable value chain by use of GAPs, Soil & water conservation techniques, improved livestock production, Inputs access, NRM,  Nutrition, dietary education and Value Addition etc
